I have a problem with binge eating as well. Some of my medication makes me feel really hungry (especially late at night before bed). In my experience, meditation has been the most effective tool that I've found.

I would love to see any ideas that y'all have. I am a late night binger, even on "healthier" things like rice cakes, fruit, popcorn, etc. By the time that I am satiated, I have consumed quite a few calories right before bed. I know this is very bad for weight loss. To me, this seems like a behavior that I need to control…

I am getting very frustrated with my rate of weight loss. I am doing 45 mins of Ashtanga Yoga every day and coming in well under my calorie goals for losing 2 lbs a week, but I'm barely losing 1 lb a week?? I usually have a protein shake for breakfast, a small lunch, and then an approx 1000 cal dinner. Should I be trying…
