my highest weight was 225 and i honestly dont know what i weigh now if i had to guess id say about 195...and my inspiration came from watching extreme weight loss....one day i was like if they can do it so can i....and i wanted the healthy route instead of a diet cause diets are only temporary fixes they dont last long…

i think variety is the best route i feel like if you eat the same thing everyday or for more than one meal a day it will make you end up choosing unhealthy foods, plus your body needs the nutrients and vitamins from other foods. choosing the same thing day in and day out will become mundane. i personal choose what i like…
