How's everyone doing? I transitioned to food on April 28th. I started in January and lost 30 lbs by March. I have been at the same weight since then. I feel better health wise, but it is frustrating to see that the number on the scale has not gone down.

I'm on week 7. I miss food so much but seeing good results. Down 20 lbs. Full of energy and sleeping better. Best of luck!

That's awesome that you were only on product for 7 weeks. The optifast program I'm on is 16 weeks on product. I can't wait to eat food again.
