I couldn't eat anything like that has I would feel uncomfortable. Don't usually eat anything and if I did it would just be a banana.

I don't usually have anything before a workout but if I did it would probably just be a banana - just something easy to digest. After I have a spirilina protein smoothie with banana, mango, soya milk, tsp peanut butter and a tsp of honey & some protein powder.

I need to buy some smoothie packs from Iceland which have portions of kale & banana in. I add these to some soy milk, teaspoon of peanut butter and some honey. I also add some protein if I'm going to the gym.
