I work-out on a empty stomach all the time, I have much more energy and do more. when full, I get tummy aches.

Lost everything, I was a nice 36C, dropped to a B cup, started eating **carbs** now, they are healthy again.

Stop eating sugar is one I truly believe in. Lab-made sugars are bad.

I have treat meals, usually something home-made. Like Jasmine rice a oppose to brown. but when i do cheat, i treat myself to a cheesy homemade Nachos.

try cottage cheese and Mangoes drizzled with cinnamon on top... amazing!!!

drop your carbs consumption and do cardio, it should take you too long. It took me 6 months.

Try HIIT or Plyometric Workouts.

You are not eating enough. stop eating lab-made foods and start eating real food. Real meat, greens, fruits, whole grains and nuts

As another mentioned above, its fake fitness. Eat healthy and workout.

I'm in Toronto, we have tones of fitness facilities (some are even 24/7) and lots food options. sooo, yes, your environment may impact your fitness.
