I think it taste kinda tart and Mediterranean flavors go well with it. I second the feta but would add olive (any color) lemon, grape tomatoes... i like it warm or as a cold salad.

We use our crockpot to make shredded meats for future dishes. Usually boston butt or chicken leg quarters, we generically season them and then shred them and store for future dishes. Our goto dishes would be tacos, quesadillas, bbq sandwiches or just bbq meat, chicken salads or wraps... I love having baggies of precooked…

I mix a can of creamed corn (make sure there are no added ingredients besides salt) shredded zucchini salted and sqeezed, then add a flour of choice, I use maybe a half cup of potato starch. I make little hotcakes in a nonstick pan. Season according to your tastes. They feel like a guilty snack, that's not too unhealthy.

I love getting sample tins from Republic of Tea. That way, I mix it up with no caffine herbal teas and teas for my fix. Plus I can figure what i love or hate!
