I can't seem to find the arm challenge anywhere. I know it's not a part of this week but I wanted to write it down for future reference. Can you provide it again?

Team One I did not do nearly as well as I wanted or expect from myself this week. I was actually off of work all week for foot surgery. Still I expect more from myself. I will do more this week as I have a goal for myself and a closet full of clothes needing to be worn!! I won't let TEAM ONE down!!

  I've tried to add my username to both Team 1 and the Weigh In Roster. I cannot edit them. I even tried to use the spreadsheet app but kept getting an error msg. Any suggestions? Thanks everyone.
