I actually just made some for the first time tonight!!! They are a little dry, but otherwise very good. I made a batch of just 6, so they are rather large and very filling. The recipe I made up ended up as 23 grams of protein and 336 calories. I would be happy to share the recipe if you are interested!!!

I have made them a few times now, and they have been a huge hit at my house. My 10 yr old niece, 6 yr old nephew 5 & 3 yr old daughters all ate them and asked for more.
