I've been doing very well with the water but the steps are kicking my butt. I've not made my steps on 2 days. I'll get them today though...going to the casino.

@vbugsmom Sorry to hear that your son went through that but glad he's doing better now. That couldn't have been pleasant for you either. I know you must have had to stay a long time at the hospital. As it turns out, the steps wasn't the only mishap I had yesterday. I ended up burying myself in Blue Bell ice cream later…

I just posted my weigh in for week 2; 6 lbs lost! I'm over the moon! I'm going to work really hard this week to have at least a 6 lb loss next week. I think I can do it!

Great first week everyone! 4 miles Bev? Amazing! Your bites look really good Carrie, and that walk looks really invigorating. What a great workout Mary and a great plan. My weigh-in is tomorrow. I had one day that could have been better but it wasnt horrendous. I expect a good weigh in.

I have been doing so good all week, but today at work I went a little crazy. I was SO hungry I had eaten most of my calories by noon. I did exercise when I came home though so that helped some. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day, and I will do much better. I'm going to have a good weigh in on Monday.

I'm so excited Slimsons! I just posted my week 1 results...I lost 3.3 lbs! Yippee! Hurray! Turning flips, doing hand stands (If I could), etc., etc.! I'm shooting for 3 lbs next week! GO SLIMSONS!
