That is awesome! Running has been totally addictive for me. I love to join a race, but my main competition is always ME!

I use grams whenever possible

I'm going to go ahead and check in. I've tracked my calories and will be under as soon as I get my run done. I'm about to hit the treadmill. If for some reason, I don't make it long enough to burn what I need, I'll come back to say so.

Hello, all! Exercised (a little weight-training and a 1-mile walk), tracked it all, and stayed under. :)

Thank you, ladies, for replying! Since I posted this, I have actually lost almost 2 inches off my bust, which is shocking. I've never lost there before. So I cancelled my consultation and will wait until I've lost a little more weight and see if I'm still big enough to need some extra help.

Exercised, tracked, and stayed under today. Tomorrow morning, I'm going to check out the gym that is closest to me. It will be a 20 minute drive, so I'm hoping the price is right!

Yes, yes, and yes!

Fat-free ranch dressing. Just say no!

Pass day #1 :/

You may be doing nothing wrong and just need to give it more time. May I ask, are you weighing your food before logging it? Sometimes eyeballing or using measuring cups can be the culprit, as they are not accurate like weighing your portions.

While I don't agree with him calling your way of eating "ridiculous," he was absolutely correct in saying you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight. But just out of curiosity, what are you eating while staying under 15 grams of carbs? That's really low.

All good for today! Exercised, tracked, and stayed under. I hope you all have a fabulous Monday tomorrow! It is my weigh-in day.
-
@am_change, I hope you feel all better soon!

I guess I'll take that as a compliment! B) But, yes. The caffeine magically turning into sugar came from a diabetic relative. *shrug*

I've heard, "Diet sodas will make you gain weight," too many times to count, And "Caffeine turns into sugar in your body." The starvation mode verbal vomit bugs me the most. I just want to exclaim, "So THAT'S why all those starving people in third-world countries are so fat!" (I'm a sarcastic person. It isn't my nicest…

Hearing people say, "jumpstart your metabolism," makes me cringe. I get a mental picture of jumper cables hooked to a human being. Every. Time. I can't help it.

Usually, they go to my dog.

I've heard enough comments from people about my eating habits to make me swear off talking about my eating habits. When people ask how I'm losing weight, all I tell them is, "Eating less."
-
I'm a little late to the party, but I want to jump in! I've managed to keep the weight loss going, even though it has slowed down considerably as I am nearing my ultimate goal weight. Starting weight on Feb 1st: 131.4 End of Feb. goal: 129

@soda80, I am so not looking forward to the days when I begin to embarrass my kids for no reason. Good job keeping up with everything!

All calories tracked, stayed under, and plenty of activity bright and early this morning. Happy weekend to everyone!
-
Exercised, tracked everything, and stayed well under thanks to 5.5 miles on the treadmill.
-
Hi, everyone! Yes X3 for today! Nothing special to report, though. Maybe tomorrow.

Checking in for a fresh month! All good over here!
-
@pears734, that is an awesome NSV!

Congrats to you all and great job! That is a gorgeous view in the photo. It makes me want to go hiking!

Hello, all! My name is Tara. The username comes from my favorite form of exercise and the fact that I'm a mom! 4 kiddos, to be exact, and an awesome husband in my corner. I just joined the challenge in January and look forward to being standing at the end of this month! I loved reading everyone's daily updates last month.…

No winners' circle for me this month, but watch out for me next month! B) Thanks for hosting the group, Rick. Even on my vacation days when I wasn't logging in here, I was keeping active. I don't think I've ever gotten so much exercise in my life. Lol! My scale's batteries were dead this morning, so I didn't get a final…

Your mom looks great, Rick! Tracked and stayed under budget so far. I have pre-logged my supper and plan to go for a run in a bit before I eat it. I had set a goal of 5K in 26:00 by the end of January. My last 5K run was 26:20, so I think I can hit my goal tonight!

Happy weekend, everyone! Happy birthday to your mother, Rick! Glad to hear she is feeling well! Checking in for today - I have not logged today. I woke up later than I should have, had to rush to the store for groceries, rush home to cook lunch, rush my son to his basketball game, only to sit and wait because the games…
