@nomoyoyoing Good luck! You can do it!

I am here. My goal is to keep up with this group more often and to meet all of my fitbit challenges everyday. 10 Staircases, 10k steps, 5 miles walked, 2600 calories burned daily.
-
I kind of forgot about this challenge. My goal is to lose 20lbs within 16 weeks so I can finally be in onderland!

I eat into my exercise calories a lot. It depends on how much I've exercised as to whether or not I feel guilty.
-
Update: I woke up all swollen with numb hands and a headache due to the extra sodium intake. It's a catch 22.

It's really not intentional. I take a one a day and a super B which has even more vit C.

Thank you, everyone, for the info. I upped my sodium at dinner and I'm feeling a little better. I'll definitely be more conscious of my electrolytes from now on. I'll guess I'll have to keep a chocolate bar and a can of chicken broth on me in case of emergencies.

I don't know what I'm doing, to be honest. That's why I'm reaching out.

I am trying not to exceed 1600 calories. I don't think that's too extreme. MFP originally had me at 1400 calories but with the exercising I thought that was too low.

I'll try the coconut oil. I put some joboba oil on my face last night after my shower but I could feel my face tighten right back up.
-
I'm not intentionally increasing my sodium. I've gone over the amount that MFP set for me a few times. I'll have to do some research to find out how much sodium I should have.

I just started logging my meals last Friday. It's really helped me to stop binging. Also, I prepped all my meals for the week on Sunday night so if I "grab and go" I know it's within my caloric limits. Good luck!
