  • I do mostly bike @ gym, it's one of the highest calorie burn excessive you can do. I used to go for an hour but now I do 30min vigorous ride and will typically burn 540 calories(manual setting and level I will range from level 8 to level 12 keeping rpm @110 or higher for the entire 30 min) If anyone is willing to try this…
