Almost to 50 and looking to hit goal weight by that time. Can use all the motivation and support I can get....

Took up cycling in 2015 and it helped immensely in me reaching my goals. Did just over 5,000 miles in 2015, but I fell off the wagon (and bike in 2016). Getting back on in 2017 as I am back to square one with my weight loss.

2nd time around here. Lost 75lbs the 1st time, and put it all back on in just over a year. Need folks who are going to hold me accountable, get on my case if I don't log, and question things that I do log that don't fit my goals. Any takers?
