  • Dont waste your money. Fitness dont come in a watch. Who cares how many steps you take. Look for motivation in other places. Diet is 80% or more. Get out and walk and exercise.
  • Look into ketogenic diet. Most natural way and you wont feel hungry. Takes a few days to a week to get into ketosis but it works better than anything else. Www.ruled.me is a good place to start for info.
