Hi Dana you have done the best one by joining the next is to weigh everything and don't try to run before you can walk just take it one step at a time. You will have bad days so don't beat yourself up when you do remember this is a lifestyle change and takes time. As for people's Journals it all depends if they have them…

I work nights so everything i eat is after 6pm

Having done my collar bone more than once when younger i feel your pain try just going for walks you will surprised just how many calories you burn by walking for an hour every day . As said above dont give up just try and maintain for the next few weeks until your body is better.
-
Well done and keep up the good work.

As above try logging everything you eat for a week or two weigh it all but don't worry if you go over your calories for the day. After this you will see exactly what you are eating then just start cutting back a little at a time until you hit your calorie goal add in the exercise you are doing but remember not to eat back…

Any single malt with stainless steel ice cubes as normal ones just water it down and i don't need that .
-
look at your body how much has that changed i went 6 weeks without dropping a pound but lost inches instead. Other than that the normal things are you weighing everything sometimes it just takes time and will start to fall off again.

Only worry about what you think not this other person i know that's hard sometimes but you are doing this for you. People who can eat anything and not gain will never understand how hard it can be to change the habits of a lifetime. Well done on your loss so far and keep up the good work.

I work nights if your husband is correct then i would have to wake up in the middle of the day to eat . Eat when you are hungry and try and stay under your calories.
