I try and use the barcode on the packet as much as possible but if not then i generally go for the one in the middle . Its easy to pick the lowest but i found that i was underestimating my cals that way .

hi all i've been on MFP for a year and lost 38lbs while still eating the things i love happy to support and motivate friend requests sent to all.

I just do a bit more exercise during the week like walking an extra 30 mins a day but log them on a friday or saturday then treat myself with the extra calories. If i know im going out drinking then an extra gym trip or 2 as well but i must admit once in awhile i do just eat what i want for a day then try and work it off…

Firstly you are in the right place secondly put all your stats in to MFP and see what it gives you as a calorie intake. i've just googled green tea with jasmine and could not find a single brand that said it had saturated fat in it.

I was in that same place a year ago now 360 days in i cant believe how far i have come i still have my odd bad day but have got to the stage that i can now eat out and have a beer or 6 knowing that im in control of my life and not food. I've just looked at my Asda green tea with Jasmine and that has not fat of any kind in it and only 1cal per cup.
