Second time I put on 34lb. Think it was similar first time but lost my records.

I easily lost my baby weight using breastfeeding to create my deficit. I lost steadily eating 2000+ calories a day (if I had extra hungry days I ate as much as I needed) and by 6 months was the lightest I've ever been.

How old is your baby? You can set MFP up to lose and add breastfeeding as an exercise (or a negative calorie food) or you can just set to maintenance and let breastfeeding create a deficit. I started gentle exercise after about 3 weeks. Your body will tell you if you're doing too much too soon x

I lost my baby weight by eating at maintenance (or higher if I was extra hungry in the early weeks) and increasing my activity.

My first was 10 months. Was also the month she started sleeping through the night.

I have been losing approximately 1-2 lb a week on around 2,000 kcals per day. Some days I am a hunger monster so eat more but I try not to go over 2,500.
