I used to do fasted. It made me feel awesome. My cardio was done and over with in the AM. Felt super lean & ready to conquer the world. Do it whenever! They say it doesn't make a difference if cardio is fasted. Do what feels good!

make sure you are eating lots of whole foods-fruits, vegetables, nuts, eggs, etc.. these are going to give you plenty of nutrients. sometimes when we aren't eating a nutrient dense diet-we tend to get sluggish and tired. best of luck girl!

Completely agree with you about the midsection-it's the last place to go. Right now I am 107lbs & 5'0". I still have a fat on my abdominal area. I've always wanted a flat stomach. I think my perfect weight would be between 100-105lbs. Keep it going. We just got to stay healthy & take in enough nutrients!
