I think but not absolutely sure , mfp will sync with mmr and then if you add from your up it will sync again, maybe depends which up u have, I think there's some issues with mmr too.

Put the egg in a small bowl or even a measuring cup and microwave for 1-2 mins, perfect fit for a muffin.
