  • I do this too! Put in a packet or two of stevia to sweeten it a little too. Best oatmeal I've ever had that wasn't loaded with suagar.
  • Just finished my first week and love it! I've lost 3 lbs just this week and have had sore muscles almost every day after. Not horribly sore, just enough that I could feel it. I like dance workouts because they work your whole body. Plus the instructor is hot! Lol!
  • I started out last year at 247 (my highest ever) and got down to 207 by October. But I totally got lazy and stopped exercising for a few months so now I got back up to 229. Now I'm back on track and have lost 6 lbs since I've refocused.

  • My goal is I want to be able to paint my toe nails skinny girl style - knee to chest with foot up on the coffee table. I've had to do it fat girl style my whole life - cross legged bending my toes toward my body in order to get to my nails.
