Had my alarm set for 5am to get in my workout - unfortunately I hit the snooze, just couldn't get up this morning. Have another evening out tonight. This has been a very busy couple of weeks for us - which is not the norm, and I am feeling it! I did manage 2 videos and another 40 squats this morning.

Morning everyone! I was exhausted last night, which helped with the no snack challenge -Day 3/5! I went to bed by 8pm. Maybe even earlier, i don't even know. It's been crazy at work and I was busy 3 nights this week. Other than a quick 10 minute walk, I didn't get any intentional exercise in yesterday. So sorry team :(

No, we do not farm. We just live in a small town surrounded by farmland. (We prefer the country over the city). I admit, I don't even have a garden! LOL! I do a good job of growing humans and pets, but am horrible with anything that starts in the ground. LOL!

Hi there. I am 48. I exercise consistently but its a big thumbs down for eating right and logging. I have at least 50lbs to lose, but am currently working on 5lbs at a time. Baby steps!! I am going one week at a time with logging. Started this past thursday. LOL! Could definitely use a buddy!

Day 2 was the same as day 1 and day 3 will be as well. I pretty much have those veggies everyday in my lunch. Blueberries are the only fruit we have left in the house at the moment! Time to get groceries!

I am currently on it. Lost 7 lbs the first month but struggled through month 2. So now I am back here - counting calories, just to see how it adds up compared to points. tracking food is much simpler on MFP, that is for sure!
