  • This looks like a great group. I love working out at home. We have a decent little gym in the basement: free weights, treadmill, universal gym (I don't use that). I get bored easily so I really like to mix things up. Also, I go hard for a month or two, then do NOTHING for a month or two. I need to stay consistent!! I love…
  • I'm so jealous of all of you who are enjoying warmer weather! It's kinda-sorta starting to warm up here, but lots of snow and ice on the ground still. :s

  • This is me as well. So difficult finding the mix of calories in/calories out. I believe one of these days I will find the magic combo of exercise and calories to eat. Currently, I am only eating half of the exercise cal fitbit gives me. I weigh and log everything! I am trying to have a variety of workouts each week. I am…
  • Way to go on that Iditarod 10k yesterday, @alipsie19!

  • Challenge #1 complete I chose the 30 min kickboxing video (jessica smith) from Week 4 in Thailand. I did this last night, as I love Jessica Smith, and I really enjoy kickboxing! It was a kicker! Ha! Ha! Have a good day everyone!

  • Challenge #3 complete I made a chilli using ground turkey with thyme for supper last night. It was good, but I kept thinking I should have made rice with it, as it seemed to me to be more like a pasta sauce with beans. LOL! My Kids loved it.

  • Morning team. I have to apologize, as I am having a terrible week in terms of getting any exercise in. I am not sure if I am fighting off something, but I have had zero energy this week. We had a "snow day" yesterday and I went to sleep for a couple of hours during the day! I Never do that! I will try and get back on…

  • Challenge #3 I left Hershey EGGIES behind. We have a stash in our office at work, and those little handfuls here and they can certainly add up in calories. I did it, I did not have one!! I moved the stash further away from my desk and didn't even think about them. Outta sight - outta mind!

  • I have been logging for about a month and feel like it is just part of my daily routine, which def helps with consistency. I work out about an hour 5 days/week. I feel like I am in a good place, now it would be nice for the scale/measurements to match my mood! LOL!
  • I've been incognito from the thread for a little while, but I've been keeping up with my workouts for this week and plugging away on the challenges. Finished #2 - last night. Did the Fitness Blender 40 min beginner video. #3 is perfect for me this week - as we have a stash of Hershey Eggies in our office and they've been…

  • Just a quick check in...Yay, we made it to Venice and then some! Sorry I have been low in minutes the past few days. Been busy! Will hopefully get some in tonight, as I am out all day again today. I did complete all the challenges! Have a great day, Team 3!
  • Thank you for sharing the chart @Sabine_Stroehm. I am going to show my husband this! No other explanation needed! LOL!
  • I finished both 1 & 2 challenges. Glad to get them finished! 3/5 days of water - so far so good! Both my kids are in playoffs/provincials now - one for hockey and one for ringette. Son graduates this year, so we are down to the last few weeks of heading to the rink to watch him play. This is very sad for me. Hockey has…

  • Challenge #3 completed last night. @skinnyjeanzbound & @shauna30 - roasted cauliflower is a favourite in our house - I roast it with oil, onions and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on it. • Challenge #3 complete! I added 1/2 cup quinoa (instead of rice) to my supper of what we refer to as "slop" - ground turkey, vegetables and soya sauce. Dinner of champions..I know, but when your in a hurry to get somewhere, it's a go-to for us! Back to the quinoa - I didn't even taste it. Felt like a toddler when mom's…
  • Thanks for the responses! I do truly feel I am doing things right. I am eating so much healthier, I exercise daily - but I'm not overdoing it as I have in the past, and I am logging and weighing my food, good or bad. I have gained in the last two weeks, but I feel good about what I am doing, so not giving up. Yay me! LOL!…
