  • Way to go, @303lissy!! I am still hovering around that 200 mark. 200.6 to be exact, lost a whopping .4lb! I ate well this past week, but only worked out 3 x's. So...I will get there next week.   • Hi everyone, I too have been MIA for a couple of days. I went over on my ankle (slight sprain) during boot camp friday morning. It doesn't hurt any more, but is still very swollen.   • I rarely add salt to my food, and love trying new spices. Today I am making a Curry Roasted Cauliflower with pine nuts and chickpeas side dish.   • I went out last night to a wedding social with a bunch of my friends. Turned out all of our hubby's stayed home, so was it ladies night out! :) We danced and laughed, and danced and laughed, and danced some more! Was a great night, and hands down, the BEST way to burn calories!
  • I started WW a month ago and have lost 7lbs. I am 47, 5'3. CW 200lbs. Work in progress, mini goals, meal planning, exercise and lots of support - this is my plan to be a success story!. :)
