So aggy. Week one I did horribly logging everything in my workouts roadblocks and food. Def missed out on points but making it priority from this week on to make sure everything gets logged. New week definitely time to push harder

Sorry everyone putting crazy hours at work this weekend only did a quick 20 min hiit routine yesterday and 30 mins today. Exhausted. I'm going to try and sign in the Google spreadsheet on my laptop tonight. Had to buy a new keyboard and mouse to use it since my baby boy spilled milk all over it lol

My legs are jelllloooooo completed 70 minutes woop woop.. Now if only I can get up from the floor and walk to my shower lol. Only bad thing to was cramps and I'm starting to bloat scale will not be my friend this week lol

My goal for the next 16 weeks is to be consistent. I know my journey won't be perfect but I just want to keep my routine going. I hope to lose 20-25 pounds, continue being active everyday and eat healthy. Also hope to control the binging.
