Today I've done 31,727. Not the end of the day yet but don't expect it to increase much more.

My target is a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. Today I have done 31,727 and the day isn't over yet - not likely to go up much more though, don't think I could if I wanted to.

I'm in. I want to do a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.

I'm in. I've been trying to do this but some days not doing so good. I hope by joining you in the challenge I will make myself do it every day. It'll make me more accountable.

I think we should all be really proud of how we did this month. We came 3rd in week 4 and 4th overall for the month. An awesome achievement I think. Good luck everyone with your continuing journey. xxx

Not a great loss for me this week (0.2) but at least it's a loss

According to my Garmin vivosmart which I've had for a week my average resting is 57.

I'd like to join - how do I join. My Garmin is new to me and I'm on my own at the minute.

I count everything. I love lots of veg and it's surprising how many calories they can add up to some days.

Sorry I've been a bit quiet this week. Still drinking lots of water and sticking to my calories and steps. Not so good at not eating late but it's only because I have dinner later when I'm busy, no after dinner snacking though.

Just saw this after I posted - mine is in September.

I'm 50 this year and my silver wedding anniversary is 3 months before. I set my current target weight for my wedding and didn't reach it. It would be awesome to hit it 25 years later, and then maintain it. Closest I ever got, very briefly, was 3 lbs away.

To have a better shape, to feel healthier, hopefully so I live longer. And because I enjoy it, nothing like a good workout to put a smile on my face.

I've enjoyed reading this discussion a lot. I never heard that annoying bit of my body called that before. I used to hate it on me but having read this today it's given me a new found affection for it. I had no idea it was so natural to have it and so common. And as for it being caused by tight low rise jeans..... pmsl

I'll give it a go. Some of the walking will be on the treadmill though.

I'd like to join (although I weigh on Fridays I'm happy to report my Friday weight every Monday - hope that's ok). I have lost 18 lbs so far this year, 12 of this since 23 Feb when I joined MFP and started being serious. I have 15 lbs to go. I eat healthy food only (have a number of food intolerances incl dairy and gluten)…

Not quite such a good week for us, we came 7 out of 10 teams. BUT and it's a good but...... if we look at the month to date we are currently 4th which I think is pretty awesome. If we do well in the final week we could end up in the top three. That would be so good. Let's go for it this week and try extra hard to make the…

Hope you feel better tomorrow @ Serendipity0913

Sadly it looks like we are losing another team member, that's been a steady one every week. Well done to everyone else though, we've had some great losses again. And the gainers just keep at it I'm sure the losses will come again this week if you persevere.

Had a really stressful day (not diet or exercise related) and as a result also not hit my steps target by a ridiculous amount and also not drunk enough water. On the plus my calories were spot on which is excellent as normally on a day like I've had today I would eat everything I possibly could. Can't wait to wake up…

Thank you @dillyg08, that's so nice to hear. Happy Friday to you too.

Shame none of us are on the same team next month. I posted details of next week's challenge but can't find it. Hope I didn't post it to a different team. The challenge will be - log everything you eat even if you have a bad day. Don't eat after ( insert own time ). Don't exceed your daily calories. I'm going to continue…

Well done @Dana_E

Another good challenge day. 50% over my step target and hit the water target.
-
@vbugsmom and @doitnow0216 wake up to a new day and try again . At least the challenge is making you focus on both things and that can only be a good thing.

So sorry to hear about your son @vbugsmom, glad he was better later. I know from experience with my nephew how scary witnessing a severe allergic reaction can be

Hi @Sixlees great to read how well you've done on your journey so far. Your determination is inspiring. I am 50 this year too and if I get to my target weight it will be the lightest I have weighed as an adult. I have 16lbs to go but hope to do it way before my birthday as that isn't until December. I'll need to maintain…

Feeling good. Thanks to the team challenge I not only got my steps in today but also made up my deficit from yesterday. I got home at 8pm today and had only done 5,500 steps. Instead of sitting down and staying put (my normal behaviour) I went for a walk and ended up on 13,354, making up for only 7,026 yesterday. Thank you…
