19.75 miles walked today including 5.25 hour walked along a local canal and back.. Total 79/200. I expect next week will have much shorter walks, I can't keep this up.

42,024 steps completed today. This includes a 5.25 hour canal walk. And makes it 7 days of target so far.

Had an awesome, very long, walk today ending up with 42,024 steps. I expect this to remain my personal best for some time. 7 out of 7 targets hit this week.

Day 5 - 7.17 miles now at 50.14/200. Particularly happy today as I managed to fit in a long walk after deciding a few hours earlier, today would be a rest day due to lack of time.

Today I managed 15,256. Very happy with this figure because earlier today I thought I wasn't going to find time to do a walk and I would've been way under. Some plans changed in my favour so I went out to make the most of today's sunny UK weather.

@Kimmertmsn I work part time doing 5.5 hr days sat at a desk with no break. It's way more tiring than my days off when I'm active.

Day 3 - 6.43 miles Total 32.78 Without this challenge I would have done much less today. I had planned to go to the gym but didn't feel too good so went for an extra walk instead. Would not have left the house but I'm determined to succeed at this.

@Wyeswoman53 2 Million steps, that's so awesome. I've had my vivosmart a couple of weeks and love seeing the numbers going up, it definately encourages me to do more.
