  • I would suggest creating the meal plan for your family and just purchase around that - it keeps from over spending, and keeps an excess of food out of the house.
  • Maybe carb cycle it - 1200 Mon, Wed, Fri, 1400 Tues, Thursday, Saturday, and 1500 on Sundays
  • I saw start with meal planning- eat a protein with every meal and snack building them around the protein source.
  • Hi! I'm Melissa. This is my first time dedicating myself to using My Fitness Pal. I just finished Hammer and Chisel and saw great gains in strength, but nothing on the scale. I am hoping using 21 day fix will move that scale! I set my calories to 1400 a day with a 40-30-30 (carbs, protein, fat) ratio.
