Hey, thanks for all the input everyone. I don't think my shoulder is torn. The pain isn't THAT bad any more; there is no discoloration and everything looks normal in the mirror; probably just a strain; going to take it easy for a week. Hi, thanks for the link. I am currently 6'6" 420 pounds. According to a hydrostat, I have 260 pounds of lbm and 160 of fat. I would like to keep the 260 pounds of IBM and drop the fat about 90 pounds

Hi, thanks for the response. I had my body fat tested hydrostatically before i started trying to get back into shape and had 260 pounds of LBM and 177 of fat. I know creatine helps promote lean muscle mass gain, so figured it would help me keep as much of the muscle as possible while I was losing weight

Thanks for letting me know, I've been dropping weight like a champ, but had a pretty big gain last week after starting creatine and loading. Looks like i'll be stacking waterweight on waterweight.

Very interesting information gents, looks like I had bought into the broscience without doing some research. I'll happily start eating some carbs and hopefully having some better workouts.
