i have done two things eating popcorn but also i find if i get busy doing something like playing solitaire i dont want to stop to eat if im on a role and then when i start nodding off i go to bed but the gum and water thing does work too done both or even just ate ice

i totally understand what u r goin thru what i di was turn my eatin routine around i tried eatin minnie meals first then tried eatin like my heavy or cheat stuff early in the day that way i still had time to exercise and burn it off i tried avoid soda or at least cut down more water more veggies and never go to grocery…

i started 3 weeks ago at 250 have lost 8 pounds so far the biggest changer was obviously started to exercise when i never did and try to drink more water less soda and avoid bread and potatoes when can and eat more veggies

yes absolutely it is scary and new ways are scary and giving up old ways and my body feels different like i feel and notice parts i never noticed before but i think it is a good positive move that needs to be done before serious health problems arise
