Today totally tanked the sugar challenge. I ate cearal with sugar. I had bread which I haven't had in a month.

My name is jabbar. I live in Illinois. I weigh 186.6. I was on atkins dropped 10lbs in 2weeks. Trying exercise and calorie restrictions. 1660/day. Don't have a target weight just want to be healthier.

Just started the squat challenge day 1, easier than expected. I hate squats too.

Is this squats in a day or all at one time like in amount broken into reps. For the latter days do you break them down into before work and after work.
