Sounds yummy!! I can't have dairy, and the store bought dairy free ice cream is always so high in calories and sugar!! I make my own yogurt & you just inspired me to give ice cream a try too :smile:

I bought a yogurt maker (under $30 including shipping!). I made my second batch last night. I just follow the recipe for unflavored yogurt that's included in the manual. I add fruit & low fat granola when its done. I put the recipe on mfp to get the calories.

I'm a teacher so there is always an abundance of tempting sugary snacks around. I've found I only give in and eat them when I have no other options. So I started packing breakfast, lunch, and snacks & a 74.4oz bottle of water. No excuses now!!
