I would not admit to myself that I was depressed. I finally went to therapy just to have someone to talk to, to vent. It really helped. I found self esteem, I learned my worth. I will do what you suggested, thanks. I already thought of bringing the print out to the appointment. I thought I knew a good amount about dieting but I found I dont know much. But I am learning so much from people here. lol AND i'm not dieting, I'm changing my lifestyle. 2016 is my year!!! thanks for the suggestions

Yes Im running fast for an hour and my heart rate definitely goes up and I feel it in my abs. thank you for the suggestions, I will look into them

yes I am seeing a doctor and made an appointment with a nutritionist. I also went to therapy for a year and no longer feel the need to eat unhealthy food. I'm not tempted by bad foods and I do not graze or emotionally eat anymore. So I feel very positive Thank you

I agree with you. I attract men that like bigger women. He can see my size with my clothes on so there shouldn't be any surprises with my clothes off. Women are much harder on ourselves than men are. Its all about confidence, men LOVE confidence.

since posting this I have been educating myself and learned how wrong I was, and how dangerous this is long term. Im grateful for MFP and the community.

I am educating myself right now on macros, BMR, TDEE, VLCD, LCD, IIFYM etc. and I see I have a lot to learn to do this correctly and a dietitian is my first stop. Thank you for showing me the correct path.

I want to make sure I understand this correctly. My doctor suggested I eat approx. 1200 calories. So if I burn 400 calories working out, I should be eating approx 1600 calories? (MFP says to eat about 2400 a day and that is a lot of food) But The main goal is to do it healthy and make a lifestyle change
