What i did when i started is changed things like tortillas and bread to wheat and started stking my food with some type of vegies lol like today i ate tacos with a bunch off meat but i also put a ton of pico the gallo same with my sanwiches but with letuce it fills you up and its super yummy Also it gives you a lot more…

I use the fitbit charge hr its really good acurate and it automaticly syncs my steps and calories burnt to my fitness pal it vibrates every time you reach a goal i only use it for walking tho im not sure if its good for anything els

Ok so i should be doing more muscles at once right? Should i be doing leg or not cuz i walk every day also i dont do much abs but i do, do them every day like 6 sets of 20 between 3 diferent sets of whatever muscle im doing nothing hard just crunches or leg lifts
