  • Hi All! I too suffer from Fibro. I gained about 25lbs with the Cymbalta, Lyrica, Flexeril etc... that I need to lose. Maybe it isn't even the med's, i know I over eat as it seems to be the only activity that I can still do well.hahaha! with summer coming I need to crack down and get a grip on this. I have lost 4lbs so far…

  • Hi. I also have fibro. I have gained 25lbs from medications and lack of moving. I am hoping that i can find a way to stop the weight gain and control my pain. This makes it so much harder. I too used to enjoy working out, now I have to be so careful or I can end in pain. I am going to try my best though:)
