Could you prepare some meals at the weekend and freeze them? At least that way you can be sure on the calorie count.

Weigh everything you eat. You wouldn't have 50lb of excess fat if you are unable to eat above your TDEE. If you gained this over 2 years then you must have been eating TDEE plus 250 calories all that time.

The rules are absurd. The second rule is subjective. Someone has to be attracted to you for you to be attractive, and even then it is only one person's opinion. I think these rules are symptomatic of mental health issues. If anyone feels this way I would urge them to see a doctor immediately.

Sounds a lot like Les Mills Body Pump which is in the exercise database. Try adding that to your diary. MFP should estimate the calories from the information you gave it.
