  • My doctor doesn't really take my thyroid problem seriously, he won't refer me to an Endo and I can't afford to go privately, I don't think. I will just keep at it. :)
  • I forgot to say all my activity isn't logged on mfp as I have mi fit band but it's not compatible, I mainly use mfp to log my calories. I have map my ride which I sync with to see how many calories are burned etc
  • Thanks everyone for your helpful replies. I am 5ft 2ish 10st 6lbs i would say my activity is medium, I have a horse so mucking out twice a day, riding etc. I walk to and from work and go to the gym now and then but am considering giving that up due to money issues. Now I know meal replacement shakes are frowned upon! But…
