  • New to 5:2. I have been doing 7 day calorie counting. After having to do a 3 day fast for medical reasons I found I would prefer to switch to 5:2. Tomorrow will be my first fasting day. I plan to have have coffee and tea mid-morning and fish and salad for dinner. I will continue to log my food intake on the other 5 days…
  • Good morning. I too have strayed off track. I am determined to get back in gear and started this morning by getting back on schedule with my kettlebell workout. The saving grace is once I get back on schedule with my workouts I feel so much better that I work harder to stay alert to my food intake as well. It's always good…
