  • Personally I never ate breakfast! I chose to start since I've read that it jump starts the metabolism process. I'm over 50 and it has slowed for me over the years,making it harder to lose. If I skip I choose to skip a dinner. 23 lbs gone in 10 weeks
  • Still here! Had a good week last week, down two more lbs. Feeling good since I'm down a total of 23 lbs since I started this journey 10 weeks ago! I need to commit to more discipline with excercise. I do a little but not nearly enough.
  • I have been having a 1/2 cup of a healthy smoothie before dinner which has helped me stay away from desiring a second helping. I use pineapple, banana, kale, vanilla yogurt and a little almond milk.
