I was a RN for over 20 yrs and loved almost every day of it. Unfortunetly, I received several skeletal injuries over that time. I've been retired for 5 years but would love to get back to it. That's one reason I'm so gungho about getting back in shape.

Your actual weight can depend on several factors. If you eat too much sodium and retain fluid, time of day, etc. Also if you're significantly lower than 1200 cal. on a daily basis, your metabolism slows down and you don't lose as fast.

Hot tea with lemon. (the lemon is supposed to help with weight loss) banana and strawberry "ice cream" sandwiches made with these ingredients plus graham crackers almonds all veggies

I know I've taken care of weight loss patients who have breast reductions done at the same time as their tummy tucks. I think that would be easier. I know when I hit my goal, I want to look into having both done.
