I feel so much better eating low carb higher fat. Between that and staying hydrated I am rarely unnecessarily hungry.

So I have been on mfp for years. I started at 169. Last year I climbed to 194!!! So, I am what feels like an opposite success story. I have made it back down to 170 or 172 or 168 or 175.
