  • Maybe try to eat something every few hours. I'm also short and I find that eating 3 meals with a small snack in between helps to curb my hunger and keep my craving at bay too. (for the most part) Always try to have some sort of protein though with each meal and snack.
  • Mine was syncing fine till about 2 hours ago. And now it shows 0 for steps in MFP
