  • @KnitOrMiss The trouble with the upper range calorie intake is that I gain weight and continue to gain weigh. That's why I am at my highest weight now. I did increase my intake and now I am struggling to get the weight off. I am going to continue with what I am doing right now. It's just frustrating.

  • Just saw this challenge. I'm in. I started my fitness journey on Jan. 1st. I keep a journal so my weight on Feb 24th was 218. sw=215 (2/24) cw=210 (3/5) gw=160
  • I am about the same weight and height as you and I have mine set at 2 lbs a week weight loss. I am struggling to eat my full calories daily. Also the more you exercise it adds on to your allowable calorie intake per day.
