I have recently become obsessed with Lula Roe clothing (leggings, tees etc). However, they are kind of pricey, especially for a student. I'm going to reward myself with a new pair of leggings or a perfect tee if I meet my goals for this month!

I made a really yummy cabbage stew with decently low calories for a good size serving. I can link on my phone but if you search "cabbage stew" it should show up! It has ground beef, veggies, tomato purée, and chicken stock pretty much!

I limit breads just to keep my calories under control most days. Cutting it out forever would be sad. As long as you have a caloric deficit, you'll lose weight!

I have mine set to sedentary and then my Fitbit syncs the steps and it will give me more calories to eat. I'll log my exercises as well. Just beware: the exercise calories are way overinflated so I only eat back a portion (typically 200-300 calories).

In my opinion, no. However, once you have it all sauced up, it's a great substitute and very tasty! I prefer to have a larger portion of something and splurge on the unhealthy option on occasion rather than have a tiny portion more often. That's just me though!

I love doing salsa and chicken like someone mentioned above. I've done stew meat cooked in a can of soda and that was super goodb I have made crockpot zucchini lasagna which is quite good! Really, Pinterest is your friend. There are a ton of recipes!
