String cheese and hard boiled eggs are quick! Yogurt as well. I think having some pre-portioned crackers or nuts would be good too. My favorite would probably be the string cheese - I get the “light” kind and it’s 50 calories per string cheese. I usually have two as snacks at work!

I like a cheat meal. Every couple weeks or so! Usually make my “going out and drinking nights” the cheat nights. I’ll shave off 100-200 calories easy day the week leading up and then I feel no guilt indulging. It’s back to routine after that! For me, I need to have a fun meal planned to keep me motivated!

Hi! My first concern would be whether you are truly eating 1400 calories. Are you using a food scale and measuring it out? When I started counting calories, I used to “eyeball” foods and realized I was overeating. I would definitely check on that. Otherwise I would think you would be losing a little more.
