I do string cheese or a measured hunk of sharp cheddar! Sometimes i have almond butter or peanut butter off the spoon! Mini yogurts are great too! Cottage cheese!

My mom makes me beef jerky for care packages sometimes and it's so good! I think she put the meat in the freezer until it is slightly cold and slices it think and then hangs the strips on the racks of the oven. Cooks it on a low temperature for hours. It's seriously so delicious!

I guess my fear was that too much protein would be harmful to the ketosis. I read excess protein will get converted to glucose. I need to switch up my breakfast routine because I was starving before lunch, but I'm quite satisfied now and I should be good until after my spinning class tonight.

I drink an ideal shake shake every morning either blender with almond milk and ice or just in a shaker with almond milk. It keeps me full until my morning snack and they are the only meal replacement shake I can tolerate every morning.

Pizza smothered in ranch and wings with sauce and ranch! I know I can have anything in moderation but I would rather have a satisfying binge every once in a while rather than the sad portioned size it would be if I worked it into my calories :)

I have an idealshape shake every morning for breakfast just because I am lazy and don't have time to make anything. They are low cal when mixed with almond milk. I like them. I only replace one meal though - I would be cranky and hungry if I did two meals as shakes.
