Did the guy have any qualifications in nutrition? Your going to struggle limiting your carbs with energy for running. There are many other things other than gels you can use. I'm a fan of dates or banana chips. Also on long runs you need to start eating earlier before the slump.

There are no new ideas, you lose weight by consuming less energy than you take in. It's that simple. Mentally it may not be that simple. You need to have a good look at yourself and your motivations to find out why you fail and don't have the will power. The only person who can do it is you. There are no magic pills

A returning Member with new profile previously lost 130 pounds but come to the shocking realisation that running 70k a week doesn't mean I can eat without abandon I have 20 extra pounds to prove it. So would love some new peeps.
