I can't really cut back on calories. Most days I'm lucky to get 1000. My husband lost an employee so he has been working so much. I have been bad and let that stop me from going to they gym. So I am going to get better about still getting my 2 mile walk in.

Good job everyone!!! My goal for the last week is to be in the 250's. I have been getting my water in and trying really hard on my steps. I hit 10,600 yesterday. So proud of all the hard work we have all done. We can do this!!!

I did not get my steps in or my water. My son had s severe allergic reaction from penicillin. So I was at the hospital with him. Poor baby is doing much better now.

I just did my weigh in. I lost 5.3 pounds. I'm so happy about that. I tried really hard and it paid off.

So far I have been really good not eating junk food. I have also been meeting my step goal. I have not really been exercising as much as I would like to. My back has been giving me problems the last 3 weeks. I'm missing the gym so much.

I'm nervous for my weigh in tomorrow. My grandma came for a visit. I had not seen her in 3 years. I still tracked my calories, but I did go over a couple of days. I also was not able to go to the gym. I did get my steps in though. Let's hope I did not do to bad.
