Today was not a good day because my husband brought home fried chicken for dinner I did however stick to one small piece. Did go over my calories but I worked hard today and had extra calories. Back to workout tomorrow, my neighbors think I am weird but did give a *kitten* I'm doing my HIIT workout for me.

I'm in and starting at 210 and want to get to 150.. Lost 2.2 this past week, Friday is my weigh in day. Eating better and working out at least 5 days a week. Let's go!
