Nothing original but got my tomatoes in :) Day 1 was grilled tomatoes and bell peppers for fajitas. Day 2 was sliced tomato on my sandwich. Day 3 was cherry tomatoes on my salad. And I love salsa and have that a few times a week.

My favorite egg recipe is the classic deviled egg. I love adding jalapeños to them though.

@kateallison412, sometimes I'll eat more calories if I work out, really depends on how hungry I am and how hard I worked out. I stay pretty satisfied unless I eat bad, high calorie food :o

Good evening team! Losing weight slower than I want but trying really hard to stay under 1200 calories each day... Wish it was as easy to lose weight as it is to gain it :D Hope you all have a great week!

Good morning and happy Monday! I'll get both road blocks this week since I already have my corned beef and cabbage :). I really need to work on getting healthier foods in my diet this week. @celtikgirl I hope you start feeling better!

Hi everyone, so excited to get this challenge started. I am a 38 year old mother of 4. I am an administrative assistant so most of my day is spent on my bottom :/ I have lost weight and then gained that and some more back. I am ready to lose weight and get back into shape before I hit my 40's :o
