I wasnt cutting out bread and red meat to get healthy. Thats just something that is a part of my lifestyle. I am just not a big red meat or bread person. I average @1200 calories a day. And you would think going from a sedentary alcoholic. To a non-drinking gym rate, should result in something. It doesnt add up
